@blwnblue07_201070599565537 If you connect the camera to the NVR directly, the SD card status will not show in the NVR monitor or the APP/Client. But the video will record on the SD card. If you want to view the video, you need to take out the SD card and view it on the PC.
When you connect the NVR and the PoE switch under the same router and connect your camera under the PoE switch, you can add the camera as a standalone camera and be managed by the NVR. In this situation, it will show the SD card status when it works as the standalone camera.
Hello @tkhkbn, the Duo WiFi battery-powered cameras are not shipped yet. I am sorry for the delay caused by the chip shortage and congestion at ports. Our team will send you an email with shipping details later. If there are any updates on the shipping of the Duo cameras, I will definitely share the latest news with you. Let me know if you have any additional questions or ideas.
I finally got them online to view remotely by port forwarding and upgrading from the link you gave me. The cameras would not upgrade through the Upgrade IPC but I did get the system to upgrade though Upgrade using Local. I am not sure what worked but one of the two worked. Now I am having an issue with the cameras dropping signal periodically. Not all of them but different ones at different intervals. They have a great signal and the one that is further away doesn't have the issues...wierd. I still cannot get the email to work. I have tried it with my gmail account and my ymail account...any suggestions there?
So sorry to make you so much trouble. As long as we got your order ID, we can check what you bought and know your address information to replace the camera to you. The order ID can be only checked by us from Amazon. Others can not see any of your private details.
Would you mind sending your address, attn. phone no. and zip code to us by email? firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com is ok. There is a service card in the package, too. We will replace one new camera to you upon your email.
Sorry for any inconvenience and hope you may still love our system.
Reolink items come with a UID code for remote access which will not be affected by the dynamic IP address. It can work via Reolink client and Reolink app. anytime anywhere with the unchangeable UID code! You may always use the code to have the item online in internet for remote video, playback and MD email alerts, etc. Thanks.
Oh, and you might want to add the info regarding the sensitivity level to the FAQ, it would help a lot, in particular "1. level 1: It will trigger motion when there is 0.5% of the video area with motion object. 2. level 50: It will trigger motion when there is 10% of the video area with motion object."
Currently the FAQ suggests a setting in the range of 10 - 40 for daytime, but 1-20 for nighttime... quite the opposite of what you are suggesting here.
Ok, after second firmware update. I guess I shouldn't do firmware updates from the Mac anymore. It's BEAUTIFUL! The image is AWESOME. Pre and post updates are not even the same thing. I have no idea why out of the box this image was so bad. But, thank goodness for this firmware update. It's perfect.
