I expected the camera p[censored]words to be automatically entered when I log into my Reolink account in the mobile app. Unless I missed something, every time I setup the app, I have to enter the p[censored]word for all my cameras.
Do you mean the login p[censored]word for the camera? If you successfully accessed it once, it's unnecessary to put the p[censored]word again. It will be remembered.
I mean, after installing the app, I login with my Reolink account but then I still have to enter each camera's p[censored]word (at least once). On some smart devices it's a real pita using a remote control with an onscreen keyboard.
During setup, when adding cameras, the p[censored]word has to be entered for every camera, but AFTER SETUP, when simply opening the app, it does not ask for p[censored]words, correct? My Android app works this way. Add cameras once, access over and over.
Yes, that is correct.Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. We will forward your feedback to the R&D team to evaluate. We will take your request seriously and work hard to make our products better.Have a nice day!
I want to make sure I understand this right. Each camera needs its own p[censored]word, is this correct? And what if I forget the p[censored]word of just one camera, I would only need to reset the one camera correct?I'm talking about argus 2 cameras. Thanks
Yes, each camera has its own p[censored]word, you can set up all your cameras with the same p[censored]word, if you forget the camera p[censored]word you can factory reset the camera by press the camera reset [censored]on.
