      Hi,

this morning, the mobile app on my android phone refused to start.
I first get a white screen, afterwards the app crashes.
      The log shows the error
EXEPTION=java.lang.IllegalStateException\: Expected BEGIN_ARRAY but was NUMBER at line 1 column 1 path $

The app worked fine until now, nothing changed since yesterday, no updates or new cams, so I have no idea what could be the cause of this.
I deleted the app's cache but the problem persists.

Next thing I would try is to uninstall/reinstall the app, but I guess I would have to manually add all my cams, which is a nightmare. Is there a way to avoid this? Like locating the configuration file backing it up and restoring it afterwards?

Having a similar problem on my Android phone this morning. I can see one of my 810A, when I try to see the other cameras the screen turns white, then the phone quits the Reolink app. I also have a few Blink cameras, they are working fine so this should not be a problem with my router or Wi-Fi. I wonder if Reolink tried to do an update?

Just checked my Reolink Client on my computer. Cameras are working on it, but not on my phone app.

            My app is working again.
I guess, the app is connecting to a server on the Reolink side, something was broken there and they fixed it.

Maybe someone in charge can shed some light on this?
