Factory hard reset
-
I have set the video resolution wrong or incorrectly. When I plug in the power to the back of the unit, I will get the home screen reolink, then screen goes dark and video monitor says frequency out of range.
Do i need to factory rest ?

Hello Rickety,
Thanks very much for requesting information about our product.
May I have the model number of your NVR, is it a Wi-Fi NVR or POE NVR?
Could you please also tell me what's the resolution you changed to? Where did you change it?
Thanks in advance and look forward to your information.

Hello Forum Admin
I have the same problem with my NVR, after I completed the wizard setup and I have changed the resolution from 1024 to 1920. It then display "out of range" from the monitor after I reboot the NVR.
I am using 8 channel 4MP POE security cameras system NVR system.
I hope to hearing from you soonest please.

Hi, it seems that your monitor doesn't support 1080p. So please kindly set it to 1280*720p to check. -
Well, I think you can install a Reolink Client on your PC and modifying the output resolution from 1920 back to 1024 and finish. After that when you plug in the monitor to the NVR you will have image again!
