What causes the halo effect at night? I have attached a picture.02_20161004055151179-1.jpg
I do not see this all the time, but I have seen it when a bug or moth has walked or crossed the camera. It may have to do with some of the way autofocus works after it is disturbed. I do not often see a halo in mine, however there are times. Do you see it always? Is there the same light in the distance always on? Maybe the camera is trying to focus on that object.
Hi, please kindly provide the model of your camera and confirm if you see it always? Also please kindly check the ambient light around your camera.
I have seen this is there are objects slightly out of view of the camera. I hypothesized that the IR was being blasted back at the camera and causing some weird haloing.
Hi berrypatchHow is your camera working now?If the problem still exists, please send us email to support@reolink.com with information below:1, camera model2, short recording clip at night would be much helpful
