      Hello,

there are strange noises(cracking, scratching noise) during liveview and after recording on the videostream. I've tried to reset my camera, made a firmware upgrade, used other WLAN channels, etc., but without success. I get this error with, your software, android app and webclient. It sounds like a malfunction in the cameras microphone. Other Sounds from my PC are perfect.

Another problem is, that I can't change videoformat from NTSC to PAL.

Your 64Bit software was installed in the 32Bit folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Reolink Client

The firmware upgrade disabled some functions for me too. So can we have an option to downgrade to older firmwares, export our existing firmware and give us access to beta versions of the firmware(which don't brick the device of course)?

Sometimes the camera detects a motion, when there is nothing to detect at all. This happens even if I block the lens, point the camera to the ceiling or if I set the sensitivity to the lowest setting.

      kind regards,

      Andreas
