RLC-423 continuous reset

Hi to all, I have a problem with my RLC-423 camera.
In fact the camera continues to reset itself, losing all settings.
The firmware is updated and I uploaaded it without change, the camera works correctly but unfortunately it resets at each restart. Do you have any suggestions? thank you -
