RLK8-510B4-A locks up and reboots when connected to the network

I have a support ticket open and I'm waiting on a response but figured I'd ask here also. When I plug my newly installed NVR into the network the video feeds freeze in about 10 seconds then after 1 - 2 min it reboots and does it over and over until I unplug it from the network. I have tried multiple cables and its plugged directly into my Netgear Router. Any ideas? It doesn't matter if I have any cameras plugged in or not it still locks up and reboots even with no cameras plugged in.
No external HDDS being used and it's set for DHCP -
OK I have narrowed it down to my Qnap server. If I turn it off the NVR runs fine, now to figure out the conflict.

Resolved with new firmware that was sent to me by support.
