There is a pause button on our playback window. You can also just click the screen and the video will pause.
The button "advanced frame by frame." is to playback the video frame by frame. The video is consist of many frames. The consecutive frames make a video. If you click this button, the video will play frame by frame, which means that you can find the very detailed changes between frames in a short time. If the video doesn't change a lot, it will not show too much difference when you click this button.
