      Thank you for pointing out the issue. Our R & D team is still looking at the freeze issue for some users. It may be related to the camera firmware, computer CPU occupied rate, computer system, decoding, and other factors. Our engineers need to check some cases to confirm the issue now.

      Can you tell me what is your system info for the RLC-511WA and the RLC-811A? This is the guide to check the info, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004894193-How-to-Find-out-System-Information-via-Reolink-App. Our engineer will try to have a further check.

          @reolink-fiona I opened a ticket with support and have no issue to have direct communication with him. I am an engineer too.

            Alarm Settings is broke in this 8.7 beta. Does the same thing for all cameras and RETRY does nothing.

                You can try to update your NVR with the v3.0.0.0159 firmware version. Then the issue will be solved.
