RLN16-410 Not working

We have had a RLN16-410 system installed and working well since May. Yesterday everything just quit. The NVR seems to power on but I am unable to login or even see any cameras on the NVR monitor. The green and yellow indicator lights on the back of the NVR, where the camera cables connect, flash momentarily as though our 14 cameras are trying to connect, then they turn solid. After several seconds they try again. I have tried unplugging the entire unit so it will reset and have even taken the advice from Reolink online trouble shooting and disconnected the HDD...no difference.
