I have a Reolink WiFi Floodlight camera. Using the Reolink app on my iPhone I can open the camera over cellular. How does that work or what technology is that. I thought I was going to need to setup port forwarding on my router. How does it work over cellular right out of the box?

Can the Reolink app notifications be set to only notify when the floodlight is triggered from movement? Can someone share their sensitivity settings that they have found effective eliminating too many false positives?
