@chuck_529633235447953 Would an anti-fog spray help?
@peter-kuhlmann_539401211347161 If you connect your camera to your phone hotpot, it will certainly uses the Internet data of your phone.
@beck-peter_329808948686976 All the cameras have an SD card slot. If you want to buy the solar wifi one, you can look at the Argus series.Argus 3 pro: 4MP with spotlight and person/vehicle detection. https://reolink.com/product/argus-3-pro/Argus eco: 1080P https://reolink.com/product/argus-eco/#specifications
Have you tried to connect the NVR with UID?Check your NVR to confirm if it is with the latest firmware, v3.0.0148. If not, download it from Reolink's website, Download Center – Reolink. Upgrade the NVR and see if it can work.If not, try to change other ethernet cables too.
@utahdave1_543621404119270 As I know, RLC-410W supports wifi too. After the initial set-up, you can take away the ethernet cable. Have you tried that?
@utahdave1_543621404119270 All the Reolink PoE and Wifi wired cameras support RTSP.If you have power but need wifi signal, you can try the E1 Outdoor or RLC-523WA. Both support auto-tracking and motivated spotlight. E1 Outdoor is smaller.E1 Outdoor: 3X optical zoomhttps://reolink.com/product/e1-outdoor/RLC-523WA: 5X optical zoomhttps://reolink.com/product/rlc-523wa/
@clarkleblanc3511880_541627678167223 I think that the outdoor camera needs to be outdoor. Of course, I think the camera skin will have a good cover to guarantee the lifespan. Reolink's camera has a waterproof rating. The essential thing is to protect the ethernet, reset, and power ports.I found many useful tips here, https://reolink.com/blog/how-to-protect-outdoor-security-cameras-like-a-pro/.
@dchionsini_540055233818825 I saw a comment in Reolink subreddit. It may help. https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/pc14nf/comment/hahf0pr/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3It seems that you need to configure the access point to have wifi, then configure the camera to join that wifi, all while still being connected to your normal wifi so you can manage it.Make sure the AP and the camera are set to DHCP instead of a static ip.
@rafael-oliveira_538894522147001 You can try to use the waterproof tape to cover the cable ports.
@james_469641658028270 You can contact support and send camera system information to them. Then they will offer.
