@joseph_1979 I appreciate the response. I can watch the downloaded mp4 with no problem, but when I try to edit the mp4,it or send it as an attachment, it shows as corrupt.I rechecked firmware on my Duo 2s and NVR and everything is up to date. I rebooted both cameras and the nvr, but I still cannot edit the videos or share them.Since it happens on both of my Duo 2s and non of my other cameras, I am thinking it has something to do with the stitched view.
When I download from Duo 2, I can watch the video from the downloaded file, BUT when I try to share it or import it into an editor, it is corrupt.
Any ideas?Thanks
