Reolink Crashing since I installed 2nd camera
-
I just bought another reolink wireless camera and now i am unable to use the app to view both my cameras. I also cannot download or view any recordings.
-
Also my settings on my first camera went to fluent in the stream type setting instead of the clear. I try to put both cameras in the clear setting but they wont save. I only had these cameras for 3 days and there are no directions on how to use them properly.

The default live view on App is one screen, if you have two cameras, please assign a channel to each of them. Press the Channel button on the live view screen, then check both of cameras.
If you want to show multi-screen on the live view page, press the Screen button and choose what the option you prefer.
As to the Stream Type under Encode is mainly for configuration, if means you can modify the parameters for certain stream type. For example, if you change resolution or bitrate under Fluent, it means if recorded with Fluent as the stream type, the video will have the related resolution and bitrate, which is the same with Clear. We cannot change the stream type for live view here.
If you want to change the stream type of live view, please press the Stream icon and change it.
On the App, I'm afraid we could not download the video, but you can view the recorded file by going to Playback. You also need to go Channel to choose the camera and the start/end time.
Hope this could help. -

Hello, the parameters under encode settings tells how the Camera records footage and “encodes” the files, that means, if you set the resolution, frame rate and bitrate, the recorded file will have certain feature.
The bitrate will affect the image quality and file size, the higher the bitrate is, the better image and audio quality will be, the bigger the file size will be and vice versa.
By assign a channel, it means you need to manually choose a channel for the camera to display its live feed, it is not required on the client software since the camera will automatically pick up one channel. From the picture you sent, the two cameras seem to all up and running, may I know if there is any other issue with the client software?
Sorry for any trouble caused.
