I have set the video resolution wrong or incorrectly. When I plug in the power to the back of the unit, I will get the home screen reolink, then screen goes dark and video monitor says frequency out of range. Do i need to factory rest ? THX Rickety
Hello Rickety,Thanks very much for requesting information about our product.May I have the model number of your NVR, is it a Wi-Fi NVR or POE NVR?Could you please also tell me what's the resolution you changed to? Where did you change it?Thanks in advance and look forward to your information.
Well, I think you can install a Reolink Client on your PC and modifying the output resolution from 1920 back to 1024 and finish. After that when you plug in the monitor to the NVR you will have image again!
