Lack of software support for Duo camera?

I have my DUO PoE camera about 6 months. I like the camera but concerned about the lack of software support for the camera. The camera is still running the original firmware. My older RL822A camera already got a few firmware updates that include alarm delay, push notification delay and pet detection beta. No software update for the DUO camera so far. Any idea?
