NVR36 corrupted Reolink v8.8.5

Hi been running my 8 cameras on a iMac pc with Reolink v8.8.5 and my iPhone iOS both working fine for a couple of years recently got a new NVR38 from amazon plugged the network in to a reolink NVR36 and lost the cams from the pc v8.8.5 and iOS can you help I unplugged from the NVR36 but can’t get the cams back up
