Purchased the Reolink Argus 2 and everything has been good. Good battery life. Image is pretty good for the price of the camera. I would suggest to purchase together with the solar power panel, I regret not buying it together in the first Place. Would love to try out the PTV camera down the track.
Right after our house got burgled in 2018, we been searching for the best and affordable security camera with reliable night vision. I found Reolink Argus online among with other brands. The positive reviews from existing customers and the features helped me to make the decision. I bought Reolink Argus 2 with solar panel for the entrance to the garden and did not regret since then. The video quality is great as well as the voice call . The product is so easy to install and comes with 2 years warranty. Their customer service is fantastic and I received fast response everytime I contacted them.I was traumatized after the break-in (honestly, I wasn't able to sleep at night). The agent has strong empathy and tried to expedite the delivery from their UK warehouse. Can't thank her enough! Warranty claim was also pretty easy. My solar panel stopped working after a year (could be strong wind or the bird) and they replaced it immediately. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and have recommended to my other friends who were looking for outdoor security camera.
I have purchased many Reolink products, mostly the NVRs, D400 and RLC 520 doing so has lead me down a new career path. I now speak with clients and recommend different Reolink products that would suit their needs then install these products for them. The quality of picture you get from these products is unbelievable compared to other brands that advertise the same product specifications. The price and the option to use Micro SD cards within the Poe cameras has made these easy to sell to my clients because of how cheap I can supply them for and how quickly I can install them I always have a happy client at the end of the install that feel more at ease within their homes. The app is simple for me to use and show others how to use also, I couldn't recommend Reolink enough.
Hi!Excuse this automatic translation. I searched for the ideal camera for my home for a long time and ended up choosing Reolink. A complete range of products which is growing regularly. Easy to set up. No need to pull cables. Intuitive software, I was able to install everything on my own even without great computer skills. I plan to buy another one or two.Best regardsNinoIMG_20200701_091026.jpg
Reolink Go, an awsome product. Very good quality video. One setback which i hope you look into: it would be really nice to be able to see live video for more than 20 minutes. Please make this an option for those who have unlimited 4g-access Thanks!
A family member has a reolink camera. They use it to watch birds, mostly at night. It is able to rotate, so when needed they can use the smartphone and have a look at the room also instead of watching outside.Motion detection works very good! Recently a lot of burglar reports were made in town, the camera has now been easily moved to a different position to keep the house safe and record the motion detection data to an SD card!I would be very happy to have one here also at my house instead of paying for very expensive security solutions.
I have a vintage car that is stored in a garage without mains power. The security alert system that I had was a rather feeble battery operated PIR with a SIM. But it was unreliable and difficult to test. Earlier this year I came across the Reolink GO camera and thought that this must be a better option. It is! I installed a single GO camera inside the garage with a Reolink solar panel on the roof. It was very easy to install and works, so that I able to check that all is secure in my garage 24/7, with video available on demand via a Vodafone V SIM that comes in the package. I also get alerts to my phone and email on any movement (so far that has only been me opening the garage...). Despite not always getting direct sunlight the battery charge has only dipped below 100% momentarily. The only slight drawback is that occasionally it takes a couple of seconds to connect to the camera image. But overall I am very pleased with the whole set up. It really does enable remote security surveillance without mains power or without having to frequently change/charge batteries. Thoroughly recommended.
Bought two RLC-423 and two C2 Pro. All easy to set up and perform well. The RLC-423 would benefit from having a longer set of cables. It needs to be about another metre in length to be of real use. Screw the camera to the soffit board and then try and get the cable into the loft. I had to get extension leads for the network and power cables. Maybe homes in the U.S are different from the U.K.The C2 Pro is an excellent little indoor IP camera. For some reason it is now discontinued and I can't see anything in their product range that is comparable. The only duff thing is the power cable connection. You have to be so careful with those small USB connectors.
Amazing little things..!! Tiny camera and Great image quality. Great product as I have 5 cameras at my house and also recommended and installed 4 in a friends property.. have left reviews on Amazon and also answered people’s questions.. would surely recommend to othersF6AD798F-9A10-4A2E-89BF-E722F0F4D10F.jpeg
We purchased two Reolink Argus 2 cameras and i have to say for the price I am overwhelmed by the security that it gives us. The app for iPhone and mac is excellent. I purchased two 64G SD cards which records and provides simple playback capabilities. The rechargeable batteries are second to none, i get 3 months at least out of a full charge which is unheard of. The simple set up to wifi, basically plug and play just makes these devices so attractive. Rather than splashing out £1000's on a security system i have the same security from sub £300 devices and couldnt be happier.Happy customerKevin
Sounds a good scheme!Do the reviews have to be on the Reolink website, or are Amazon reviews etc. counted too?
I bought a Reolink Argus 2 camera with the solar charger. Initially everything worked well in that any visitors were picked up and an alarm sounded when they walked by. Now the camera simply views. If someone walks by the alarm is not sounded and there is no alert and no recording. I should point out that I have two other cameras (Logitech Circles) and they have picked up everything that the reolink did not. Occasionally I will get an alert but at the minute it’s only once every 5 or 6 months and I cannot understand why. None of my original settings have been changed yet the camera just does not operate as it initially did. The battery still stays charged when using the solar panel, it records when I push to record manually but 99% of the time doesn’t pick up persons walking by, it doesn’t record this activity and it doesn’t inform me of such. Now compared to the Logitech camera the Reolink had more potential for me and it was much cheaper but now it feels like a false economy. I have regularly made sure the software was up to date but now it just isn’t fit for purpose which is a real shame.
Nice device, very easy to fix, configure and use My father, 84 years old, understood its benefits and ask me to instal a new one on his garden to control vegetables growing.. IMG-20200418-WA0022.jpg

I purchased an RLK16-410B8 system back in December of 2019. I have installed different brand cameras over the years. Reolink is the best system that I have owned. The video quality is amazing, and the app is well put together. Very easy to set it up on computer and phones. I highly recommend this system for anyone looking to protect their property. The other thing I thought was important was contacting support. They got back to me very fast. So I give their customer service an A+
Thanks!
I purchased an RLC-420 about 1 year ago. One feature that had great importance to me was power over Ethernet (POE). This allowed me to install the camera on the ceiling and connect it to my network via an Ethernet cable which also supplies 48v of electricity to the camera. I did not have to install a separate electrical outlet near the camera. I did not want a battery powered cam because of the inconvenience of replacing the batteries every so often. I also appreciate the SD card slot which avoids the necessity to use cloud storage. I bought a 32Gb SD card to record the alerts which I can view remotely with the Reolink app. It's a good bang for the buck!
A few years ago I bought our first Reolink C1-Pro for our apartment in The Netherlands. That was after comparing prices, quality and software. I shared my enthusiasm with a friend. Convinced about the pros, he bought 4 Reolinks in a set with DVR and added another two PTZ's and one Argus. He's convinced too.Last September I bought three Reolinks (1X C1-Pro and 2X Argus Eco with solar panels) and installed them in/on our house in Florida. Like the very first C1-Pro they're easy to setup. Since the Argus Eco's came with solar panels and they're connected with WiFi, no drilling through walls is needed for cables at all. They all work absolutely flawless! I am even able to combine the images from all four camera's (that's footage from two different continents). The software (Windows / Android) never ever crashed and the image is incredible sharp. You've guessed it: I shared my enthusiasm with three neighbors in Florida and... helped them with buying and installing them. Reolink has excellent and affordable products and I don't want anything else. Period!PS: I blacked some areas in one camera property in the street for privacy; another smart feature of ReolinkScreenshot_20200701-071352.jpg
I have one of the 4K NVR systems (RLN8-410) and it leaves something to be desired. In the age of AI and other advanced motion detection, this system is lacking. There are so many false alarms as the motion detection just looks for differences in pixels from one frame to the next. I wanted a locally saved Security system and this was highly rated, but if I had to do it over again I would hire a professional to setup a system that is actually reliably detects people. When it rains, expect a false alert notification every 30 seconds. Literally had over 100 notifications while I was trying to watch a movie. I am hoping they come out with an NVR with AI built in. Even with PIR there are false detections (have a Argus Eco with solar as well). I think the cameras themselves are great quality and have a good picture but the recording side needs some TLC to stay relevant.
