      Hi,
      I'm using Reolink Argus with Andriod phone version7.0.
      Downloaded app version 4.5.1.0 from Play store.
      Setup has been smooth until the step connecting to router, the camera voiced connection succeeded. But once I clicked next, then it showed connection failed, again and again.

      Does this happen to anyone?
      May I know how did you solve this?

        YUP!!
        I have one from the KickStart and it's doing that, won't connect to the camera when the camera says it's connected to the WiFi. Sadly, I do not have the original packaging so I can't return it. They make you pay the shipping to return faulty products. AND I've now had both cameras I got through the KickStarter fail.

        Not sure how to solve it, I have reset this d**n thing several times with the same result.

          What about the light on Argus? Is it blue or red after you went to next? Please refer to the instruction below to troubleshoot
