Reolink RLC-422 with QNAP

Hello,
please excuse my bad english.
I bought a Reolink RLC-422. This I get not set up on my Qnap.
The camera is in a different network like the NAS. These are however connected by means of a VPN. Via the VPN I also come to the web interface.
When I set the camera on the Qnap I get the message:
"Connection failed, The IP address is invalid."
Port: 80
RTSP port: 554
