      When download the video there no sound, do i need some encoding ? or ... ?

        Hi Eshelon,

        The sound will be downloaded only in .264 format. Then you may playback it via reolink client.

              Yes, now the Reolink IPC supports MP4 download.

                Hello John,
                Please check Record with Audio, otherwise, the recorded file will have no sound. To set it on the reolink app, please go to Device Settings > Encode Settings. press on the Audio button to enable it, and go to Save.

                Change the Stream Type to Clear, enable Audio and go to Save.
                You shall have audio with the recorded file then.
