ARGUS 4 PRO windows and Android incompatbility

REOLINK makes ARGUS 4 PRO almost impossible to connect if you have Android 12 or newer. It cannot connect/initiate to Windows without an Android 11 or older or device. Tweaking an Android 12 or later device will risk permanently disabling it if you do not have a high level of knowledge in Android operating systems.

So why does the ARGUS 4 need an old Android system to connect to Windows and not warn about the risks and requirements before purchase?

I await REOLINKs response to this very disturbing failure and their backward technology.
