I just got my camera, followed all instructions to configure camera, very simple, but login fail in my phone app and doesn't work on my pc either.On my pc got a red question mark on the device.Please help
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:1. Use an Ethernet cable to connect your camera into the LAN port of your router. Open the Reolink client software on your PC, do you still have a red question mark on the camera? If yes, please click the Edit button to add the camera again.If not, please go to the next step.2. click the Device Settings button, go to Network > Wi-Fi Settings.3. Click on Scan, double click on the Wi-Fi network name you want to join, input the Wi-Fi password. Click on Wi-Fi Test, if testing succeed, click OK to save the settings.Once it saved, you may unplug the Ethernet cable between the camera and the router.In addition, it seems your client software on the PC is not the latest version, it is suggested to upgrade it to the latest one, you may download it by referring to Software Download page.
