Terrible focus and zoom performance - RLC-411WS

Like the RLC-423 the RLC-411WS suffers from terrible zoom and focus control. "Auto-focus" does not work reliably, or at all. "Check your firmware" is a lazy reply - this camera was purchased 12/2/2016, months after first reports of RLC-411WS focus/zoom problems started appearing. If late production runs of this camera don't include latest available firmware at that time, then the quality problems go way deeper than crappy firmware or client software.

The auto-focus does work, until you manually adjust the focus. Have to reboot the camera to make it auto-focus again.
