I have the latest firmware and client software.Problem 1:When I set Settings --> Motion --> Motion Detect, and I set the motion mask area, it seems to work. I save it and close the settings window and then reopen it to see if the mask is still there. It is. However, if at a later time I return to the Motion Detect setting screen, sometimes the custom mask is gone and the default full screen motion detect is shown.Problem 2:How can I disable Auto Focus? I want to manually set the focus and then have it always stay at that focus even through a reboot.Problem 3:Is there a way to monitor the Wifi Signal quality/strength other than the icon on the top left of the window? This would be nice to aid in adjusting the antennae for maximum signal Problem 4:In the latest software, the Settings --> Motion --> Action, is missing. How do you set if a video, email or both should be taken when motion is detected?

Please kindly check if you get the reply email.And here are the suggestions/solution for you in case you did not get the email.1, please try reset your camera using the reset b**ton to check. and try upgrade your camera to the latest V161117 firmware to check.2, sorry that it is not available to disable auto-focus so far.3, You may also check the wifi signal in "wifi setting" menu on Reolink Client PC or Reolink App.4, We removed the "Action" b**ton.
