Trying to setup my Keen, after installing the batteries there were no voice prompts. Opened the app on my iPhone and added it scanning the QR code on the camera. Went to Set Up Camera and still no voice prompts. Followed the instruction and reset the camera, still nothing only a solid red light on the front of the camera.One thing to note is that the voltage on the included batteries was 3.2 volts before installing them. After only 30 seconds of trying to get the camera to work, two of the batteries voltage dropped down to 2.9 volts and the other two dropped to 3.0 volts.I should have learned with my lesson with Reolink's Argus camera!!!
The good news is that Reolink replaced my Keen and it is working correctly.
