I bought an argus eco and I cant access it via reolink app or windows client when my devices are not connected to the same network the camera is connected to. I am using a tp-link TL-MR6400 LTE router to use the camera in a remote location, I have reseted both the camera and the router to factory defalts several times, but nothing has changed. I have also tried in 3 other networks and the problem persists. Is it necessary to do some configuration in the router?
