RCL422

I'm just received my camera, i downloaded the andriod reolink app, and connected the cam to my router. To initial problem occured when 1, i could not log in, then the camera does not appear to on orThe app does not see it so it can be added to the app. What can I do??

For your model RLC-422 is a POE model, which you can connect to the POE router directly without power adapter.

1. Check if it is powered on. By cover the Daylight sensor, to check if the LEDs turn on.

If not, pls check the power supply.
a. By 12V DC, check if the power adapter is ok.
b. by POE injector or poe switch, pls make sure the POE is 48V and support 802.af/802.at. The power output for each port should be over 6.5W.

2. Check the network connection. You may change the cable ethernet to be our default one.

3. Change different port on the router or injector/switch.
