I setup my rl410 to my ftp server. I can see the files uploading, but they are writing and overwriting very incorrectly causing large gaps in footage

      this is what it's doing

      a. deletes itself after hitting max size and starts the next video
      b. Starts as a jpeg and turns into an mp4
c starts as a jpeg and deletes itself then a new mp4 is created
      d. records normally until it does one of the above 3 things

I have latest client and firmware

from my testing it seems trying to record 24/7 to ftp causes issues, when i set the scheduler to just the current hour the file creation was predictable although there were a few seconds of gaps in between that can be lessened overall with larger maximum file lengths. If I make the whole ftp scheduler blue this is where everything messed up. I'm not sure if it's my specific server that is having the issue or if it's just me trying to record 24/7. When I record locally 24/7 it works fine, there is something going on with the file writing process that is causing issues.

Okay I need help it is still doing this. I set 500mb files it recorded great from 8:53am to 9:57am but then 9:57am to 10:40am is missing. So it's still auto deleting files. Please help, I'm trying to use this for 24/7 surveillance because my cars have been vandalized I can't risk losing footage.

I attached a picture of the files it is producing.

Hi, for the FTP, Reolink have no overwriting. If the disk your ftp server in was full, then the camera wouldn't upload files. So for the files missing, please kindly check your FTP server or refer toHow to set up FTP configuration (Cerberus FTP Server).
