I have been holding off upgrading the firmware of my NVR RLN8-410 for a while, but really needed to see if it was causing some things not working with my system. Well, I went into the Web Client, and it only allowed me to Manually upload the file, so I checked the model number and did that. It's now been over 20 minutes and still showing as:"Device is Upgrading...""Please don't power off your device until the upgrade completes"How long should this normally take? And when do I suspect it's busted and I'll need to figure out how to recover it?UPDATE:If I go to the Web Client in another tab, it shows me the login screen (so that's a bit of a relief) but when I tried with my credentials, it gives me a Failed error. Also, via the Reolink app, I can log into my account but all NVR and cameras in a disabled state. The NVR Is showing the latest version/firemware in the Info, but seems inactive, it's showing an Uninitialise Device or Delete button only there. What should I do to get it back online?ANOTHER UPDATE:If anyone wants to know, clicked the Reolink App "Uninitialized Device" button in NVR Settings. It let me reset the admin password. I had to reconfigure everything, but recognised the cameras/names of them, so I think when I updated the firemware, I had ticked "Upgrade Config Settings" which I didn't realise was the "Reset Configuration" tickbox (did it change names between firmware versions, not sure). So yeah, don't ever press that
