RLC410 poe kit; home use setup basics

I just installed the RLC 410 poe kit from amazon. I have created a password, set the time zone and left everything else at defaults. I can monitor the cameras from my PC and smartphone. (downloaded PC client and Android softwares of course)

NVR HDD lite is BLINKING RED

Question: IS IT RECORDING? Because Playback does not work from PC or Android phone

If it is recording by default, it is motion triggered or continuous?

Hi, yes, it is recording by default. And you can enter the Menu->Device->HDD to check if the Mount and Format is yes(refer to below), or you need to re-install it.

If the status of HDD is normal, please kindly restore the NVR to the default settings in the Menu->System->Maintenance.
