Hi, I wonder whether you have any insights into why it might be that one of my two PoE RLC 511 cameras keeps disconnecting. One works well, the other, which is installed in exactly the same way in a similar position, keeps disconnecting. The only way to resolve the problem is to do a hard reset and a refresh/reinstall in the app. This is happening on average once per week. Any thoughts would be very welcome. Thank you.

Hi Enrico, thanks for your reply and suggestion. I ended up returning the camera for a replacement. The POE switch seemed fine, I had a second camera connected, which didn't have a problem. The replacement is working well. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thanks.
