cannot view NVR from remote access

NVR has been set to DHCP.
Local LAN connection is fine, but as soon as switch to remote connection, connection fail (login fail)in main screen.
I have followed same process as manual.
Don't know what to do next.

Hello. What do you mean by remote connection? Did you use the UID to log in or something else? Could you please send more details to support@reolink.com?
