No sound! How to activate the mic from the camera for to get sound on live view?

How to activate the mic from the camera for to get sound on the record or live view? Anyone can help me? I just bought NVR pack 4 camera 4mp RLK8-410b4 pack. Camera is RLC 410.

In the menu->recording->encode->record audio, you can set it.

Hi Manton,

For live view sound, please make sure that your output resolution is set at 1920*1080.

For record and live view sound, please setup the camera AUDIO in RECORDING-->ENCODE.
If you still need sound in remote access, please setup both MAIN and SUB stream with RECORD AUDIO as below:

After setting up the audio, please go back to live view page and click the camera to enable audio by clicking the audio icon:
