[Disclaimer: I have just enough IT knowledge to be dangerous, so I apologize if the following seems crazy.] I'm interested in purchasing a Reolink 4-channel system. To simplify my wiring configuration, I'm thinking about running it through my structured media center. My idea is to connect 4 cameras to a separate POE switch and run one ethernet connection from the switch to the NVR. Is this even possible? Would I still be able to view all 4 cameras? Thanks.

        Hi Brocko,

Thanks for your inquiry on reolink system.
It is ok to connect the cameras and the NVR to the same switch to work. However, please ensure that the switch is powered on and connected to a working router. You may connect in below diagram. Thanks.
