Access the gui to add cameras to nvr via ip

Hello, recently I have had the unfortunate incident whereby the VGA and HDMI port on my 16 NVR has died. Other than this the nvr is still fully functional and I wanted to know if there is an alternative way to add cameras to the NVR using the reolink windows client or web gui. At the moment I don't see such option.
