I cannot seem to even get my cameras (410 and 411) to be recognized by the Client software. I have connected directly to a mac and a pc. Am I missing a very simple config step? I have tried IP and UID setup. Client version is 2.1.6 and main OS is IOS 10.11.5
Dear Mike,Yes, that's something wrong with your connection. Pls connect the camera to the router when your computer (MAC/pc) is connected to. Then launch the client software, the cameras will be auto-listed into the device list.BTW, you may download the latest client software from https://reolink.com/software-and-manual
