View PC client from mobile app

I installed the PC client and have it setup to record. What i'm now wondering is if ill be able to view the cameras/recordings from my android phone? I have set a static IP and completely disabled the firewall, and it still fails to connect from the app.

Hi, please kindly connect your camera to the internet then you can add it via scanning the QR code(UID) on the camera in the Reolink App.

Or you need to make sure your android phone was in the same LAN with your camera then add it via the IP address. Please kindly note.
