Motion detection is almost worthless

Even when I set the sensitivity level to its lowest setting, I get constant false positive motion alerts. It's almost useless. Is there any updates coming soon that will have Smart Motion detection. Like the ability to recognize a human work car. When each spec of dust sends me an email it is pointless

Can you tell us what hardware you have, and maybe the placement location, etc?

I will say that tweaking my camera's sensitivity too some work, but I have them at a place that overall works. The manual and a few posts state that a camera will react to objects that appear large but are close (dust, spiders, etc), and weather will also have an impact as rain, fog, and snow all appear to the camera to be objects. I have other cameras mounted in places where I have no external effects, and they work great. I will say that I do not utilize motion alerting, it is only for recording events. If we had some details on your use case, it may help us to better help you.
