    Argus connects to WiFi, but the app won't connect to the camera.

      This is a camera from the KickStarter, I bought two and already had to exchange one for not completely resetting. I’m about to throw this one in the trash.

      I had to reset my phone so, of course, I have to reset my cameras. NO MATTER WHAT PASSWORD I SET the app NEVER sees it correctly. This is what lead to the first camera being exchanged. SO I reset the other one so I could load both to the app.

      Exchanged camera works, but the original I still have does not. I’ve tried resetting it numerous times. IT will say it’s connected to th WiFi, I copied/pasted the password do I KNOW it’s correct. Nope, app say’s it’s not online even though the camera’s lights are on. I’ve tried WiFi on the phone as well as cellular data. Nothing works.

      I don’t have the original packaging, I don’t want to pay to ship a defective product back.

      This means 100% of the cameras I got from the KickStarter are defective. Thank, Reolink.
