This is a camera from the KickStarter, I bought two and already had to exchange one for not completely resetting. I’m about to throw this one in the trash.I had to reset my phone so, of course, I have to reset my cameras. NO MATTER WHAT PASSWORD I SET the app NEVER sees it correctly. This is what lead to the first camera being exchanged. SO I reset the other one so I could load both to the app.Exchanged camera works, but the original I still have does not. I’ve tried resetting it numerous times. IT will say it’s connected to th WiFi, I copied/pasted the password do I KNOW it’s correct. Nope, app say’s it’s not online even though the camera’s lights are on. I’ve tried WiFi on the phone as well as cellular data. Nothing works.I don’t have the original packaging, I don’t want to pay to ship a defective product back.This means 100% of the cameras I got from the KickStarter are defective. Thank, Reolink.
