Hello,sorry for my explanations, I'm not a native speaker...I have an issue with Reolink Client , no stream in clear mode, only in standard mode.Impossible to replay recordings.My internet connection is very good. I am on gigabit internet. I can also view clear mode and replay from the cell phone app, in and LTE.Install /uninstal few trimestre, still same issue.Graphic card is OK, new firware, Last version.Thanks for your help.
