Reoclient and battery powered cams

I have 6 cams and all in one tiled view (software v8.8.5, macOS). 5 cams are either PoE or DC powered, only one has a battery and solar panel (Reolink Argus Eco).
The live view activates the stream from all cams incl. the battery powered cam. I can then disconnect this one (right click), but after some quite random time the battery powered camera is back on live view - which I'd like to avoid. If I want to view it, I can press the play-button on the (last) picture - which is fine, but the Reo client software enforces reconnect. Why?
PIR, motion detection, alarm and such is disabled, no SD card, no FTP, no nothing, I just want to watch the stream if I need to. Yes, I could remove it from the 6 tiled live view, but why is there the possibility to disconnect if the software reconnects anyway? Bug?

Edit: So, after one day with clouds and rain, the battery drained and no more power for the night. Unacceptable.
