Hi, i have just installed the latest version of the client software for both Mac and Windows.I cannot get any of the users that i have setup to work, all that works is the Admin Account in windows version.In the Mac version i cannot access at all it says the Username and/or Password is incorrect, this i haven't changed and the Admin one doesn't work either intact i haven't changed the password for that one i have kept it blank for now.Any help would be great,Rich
Hi Rich, For your problem, please kindly log-in with your user&password via the browser or the phone app to check. Also, can you see the other users when you log-in on the windows client? And please upgrade your IP Camera to the latest firmware version to check.
