It appears that Symantec/Norton has not seen much use of this file across it many customers (low volume of use) so based on their reputation of the file itself, they mark it as suspicious. Most malware/viruses are detected in very new and low use files, so the product says this client software is debatable until they get more details or users of it. It often also means that the file has not be signed by a trusted certificate, etc.The risk you show is one that flags on "reputation" of the file and no other risk.
Thats what I figured but it should have a trusted certificate. Wonder how many others are having this problem?
