When using Mac app it constantly crashes when downloading videos from sd card and live view is very intermittent.

Have tried installing flash and view in security spy but still no luck?

Version 2.2.8 and it fails to download sd card images. Is there a web login for the sd card?

You may want to try the latest client that was released just a few days ago.  It is version 3.3.10 (rev. 37) and can be found in the Mac App store under updates.  There was a bug in the older client where the "Downloads" -> "Reolink Client" folder did not create all three folders required so it would crash or give you an error; often missing the Download folder.  Open this folder on your Mac and make sure you have the following three folders inside it, if not, create them.  After this, restart the client and try to download again.

Folders that should be in the "Reolink Client" folder.  If not, create them with Capital Letters for the first letter.
            Download
            Record
            Snap

Just as Quella said, you should check the folder. Does it exist or you never created the folder? If not, you can create one just like what has been named in the Path. Keep us posted please.

So the newer app seems stable. I had to create the folder structure as recommended but only the snap worked every time the downloads worked twice but now says 100% finished but files are ultimately missing. Only managed two downloads in total and they only seem to appear if you cancel download at approximately 99.95%.

Do you mean you did as per advice but still got wrong with the downloading? It seems unusual. But I think things get better in the coming next version this week.
