Hi, I need some help about using RLC-823A features with RLN16-410 nvr;

My security system design is 1 rlc-823a and 8 rlc-423 works with rln-410 nvr. My argument is ı couldn't be able to use rlc-823a two way audio and some other features with rln16-410.
My rln16-410 informations are below;

Build no: build 2002260
hardware no: H3MB02
Firmware Version: v2.0.0.4700_1719_20022616100


I need suggestion about how can ı use rlc823a features wtih rln16-410(firmware update and etc..)
