I have an RLC-830A and I'm using the iOS app. Although I am getting used the app. One thing I am finding extremely annoying is that for example if there is a person/animal/vehicle detected and the motion recording gets triggered, it starts recording and I get the first notification to say for example person detected. However, this is where it becomes annoying because while that recording is happening and during that recording if a another object like a car is detected then i get another alert notification for the same recording, and then if a person is detected again, i will get another person is detected notification. At times I can get 6 or 7 notifications all related to the same recording. 

Is there no way just to have only the first notification to be sent that triggered the recording only? because then when I open the recording I will be able to see the icons to see what sort of objects were detected. It's just unnecessary to have this many notifications per recording. I've used Ring, Netatmo and other brands and I only had 1 notification per recording event. 

I have a RLC-830A and I find the colour saturation very washed out. I googled it and came across this Reolink link that says you can adjust colour saturation using the steps mentioned in link below. However, I’m using iOS app and I do not see any colour saturation option

also, when camera returns to monitor point I feel like it’s very wobbly picture as it moves. Is there a way to smoothen the movement?

I just recently installed the RLC-830A 4K PTZ camera. I' m having a few issues with it that i'm hoping someone can help with.

1. I have enabled auto-tracking in the app but the camera isn't tracking at all. When i climbed up the ladder and went near it and moved then randomly it started tracking. I do not have any masks or sections set up to avoid monitoring. So technically it should be monitoring the entire view. The recordings are getting triggered so it is detecting the movement and it says whether a person, animal or car seen etc.
2. Having used brands like, Ring, Netatmo, Ezviv etc, i'm a little disappointed with the vertical camera lens field of view. It' only a measly 46° and the horizontal is also quite disappointing but that can be overlooked if the auto tracking actually worked.
3. Most of the time when I get notifications on my iOS, i end up getting 2 notifications per event. So it would show notification as "Motion Alert from Camera" and "Person is detected from Camera". Is there any way to have only the person/car/animal detected alert?
4. Lastly, is there a way to make the colour of the camera more vibrant? it seems very dull compared to the previous vibrant colours my Ring camera had

I have recently just purchased a RLC-830A camera. There is a siren button on the app which only plays the siren for a very short few seconds. Is there a way to increase the length of this?



Also, does anyone know if there is a way to play a beep or some different sort of sound instead of a siren on the camera whenever motion is detected?
