Did you find a solution to this?I have an RLC-843A with the same problem. A factory reset will "solve" it but only for a day or two, then it goes back to zoomed-in and stays that way.
if the camera and PC are on the same network, this should not happen. If external you will experience it.
I have the same issue with my RLC-843A, perhaps because I often connect to it from a different network. Is there a workaround for this problem?
