@joseph_1979 Hi Joseph. Thanks for your reply.Since I have continuous recording, I'm worried about overloading my home WiFi.So I should either keep my current Reolink WIFI system and run network cables to the cameras where there is poor wifi, or I should switch the system to a now POV system.I'm just wondering if it's a clumsy solution to cable to wifi cameras.Sorry for my stupid questions, but I'm not very good at technology.
I have the system RLK12-800WB4 with 4 cameras RLC-810WA, and I have a poor wifi-connection on several of the cameras. I have tried to supplement with an RLA-WE1 extender, but it doesn't work very well.I am in doubt whether I should change and replace with a POV system, e.g. RLK8-800V4, or whether I should cable the cameras that do not have good enough range. My requirements are a simple and stable system that records 24/7 to an nvr, and of course I should be able to see the recordings on my phone no matter where I am.Thanks
HiI need good advice in connection with choosing an exterior surveillance system for my single-family house. I need to mount cameras on the underside of a horizontal eaves that extends approx. 50 cm. I am considering a system RLK8-800V4 with RLC-840A cameras as I want a wide POV and I want audio in and out. I think I want constant recording. I am considering this camera as it is a dome camera. I think it is more discreet than a bullet camera. Is it a good choice? Anyone have good or bad experiences with this setup? I know it is a difficult question, but it is difficult to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the many models. Thanks in advance
